Good food

Good jutties, but you can't put them in the kitchen.

A normal Burger King in terms of offer, but the burgers are often prepared a bit carelessly and crookedly, and there is often a lot of topping hanging on the sides. The parking lot is often quite a garbage dump, the garbage cans are almost always overcrowded and are rarely emptied.

Burger as usual good, but the drive counter doesn't look appealing.

You had to wait outside until the customers left, and then you could get in and place your order

Order unfortunately issued completely differently than I ordered.

Waited over 30 minutes to get something to eat there. My mayo was forgotten, there was hair in my french fries! and also unfriendly employees who don't wear masks. Never again!

By far the worst Burger King I've ever been to. Can agree with everyone below me. 1. Long wait 2. You pay for food that you don't get 3. Poor quality 4. Unsympathetic and cheap staff who are not properly trained 5. Card reader does not work I would recommend everyone to visit Kebab rather than eat here. Is cheaper, healthier, faster and definitely of better quality.

Once again, something was missing from the order in the drive, even though the employee listed it when the bag was handed out. 1 star is still too much. I think slowly that this is done on purpose, I can not imagine that it is so difficult to pack 4 out of 4 burgers in a bag. I recommend checking every bag before departure. For us it was our last visit!

Actually 0 stars. I speak for all of my brothers and sisters in faith. Unfortunately, you can't eat there because the meat wasn't slaughtered half-way :-( Please fix it and get ready so I can come and eat.

In the drive in, 25 minutes from arrival to the order taking counter, the counter looks so down that you don't know if you should place your order there, as we waited there for 5 minutes, we drove further ahead. There we were turned on to place the order in the future. How you can go wrong with such a "fast food" concept 😅

I had to wait forever in the drive in and paid extra for something that I didn't get when I got home. Really annoying and would see if everything is there as ordered

Food was okay, but if we had seen the sanitary facilities before ordering, we would surely have gone somewhere else. Again filthy ... You have to ask yourself why people urinate next to the toilets ... 🤮

After about 20 minutes of waiting (since only one cash register was open) the surprise of french fries didn't really come through and instead of the paid 5 chili cheese nuggets there were 4 nuggets in it. There are no more sauces with the fries in the menu? The next time we think twice about where to get food ...

Hardly any staff. Everything is very slow and arduous. Paying with the Kate is not possible today on 09/15/20 and that in 2020, at Bürger King. And it doesn't taste good either. Sorry guys, but the staff can only be sorry. The branch manager is absolutely unreasonable. For me an absolute choleric. Personnel management absolutely not available. The employees are just his slaves. In addition, in my opinion, the branch manager does not have the location under control. I've been there for a few years, but the last year the cleanliness was an absolute disaster. I think the toilet facilities haven't really seen a rag in the last year, let alone the disinfectant. The toilet facilities are just dirty and especially in the men's room it is always great * Kotzreitz * toilet glasses removed etc. The question really arises as to what it was set for. Especially in the Corona time you should pay more attention to cleanliness. The general cleanliness and the service have also deteriorated. Burgers often cold or something is missing on the burgers. Often happens when the branch manager does the preparation himself. If he has a complaint, he gets very cheeky and outrageous. It's actually sad because the point of view is very easy to achieve. You should really have the store checked by Burger King and especially the branch manager and should maybe send him for training, regarding leadership and motivation, I think that would be in the interests of the employees.

Impossible!!! ... thought the Burger King was about fast food ?! We only stood in line for 40 minutes at the drive in !! And then we had to wait again for the food. I could have gone to the restaurant then.

I was in this shop for the first and last time today. Food ok. 2 ladies from the staff are standing behind the counter with their hands in their pockets, the tray Wager is overflowing with rubbish ... it also takes too long before I do ever served. The very last thing is the dirty walls and toilet paper holders in the toilets ... and no soap! The disinfectant is so odorless that you wonder if it really disinfects. An absolute no go at this time!

A magic place

Nice & quiet. Conveniently located near several Autohauses in Sankt Augustin. There's playground for younger kids. Wheelchair accessible.
